Week 2 Reflection

Week 2 Reflection After learning about digital etiquette and cyberbullying in class, I realized how important it is to be responsible and respectful online. I hadn’t thought much about how my words or actions could affect someone through social media, messaging apps, or even group chats. The lecture showed that what might seem like a harmless comment can actually hurt someone deeply and have long-term effects on their mental health. I also learned that digital etiquette isn’t just about avoiding harm, it’s about actively promoting positive behavior online, like giving credit to others, respecting privacy, and thinking before posting. Understanding cyberbullying made me more aware of the signs to look out for and how to support friends who might be affected. Moving forward, I want to be more mindful of my digital actions and help create a safer, more respectful online community.
